Holography is a technique that allows the light scattered from an object to be recorded and later reconstructed so that when an imaging system (a camera or an eye) is placed in the reconstructed beam, an image of the object will be seen even when the object is no longer present. The image changes as the position and orientation of the viewing system changes in exactly the same way as if the object were still present, thus making the image appear three-dimensional.
On the holographic TV, images is going to be forecasted into the center of an area like a “cloud” that may be seen from every position without three dimensional glasses, and producers hope they might continue purchase in 2012.
The future is almost here my friends.

On 25th Anniversary of Nokia Research Center, the Nokia GEM concept phone was presented. Ultimate customizable device.

The whole phone is entirely made of touchscreen, which makes the phone completely adaptable to whatever task is at hand. GEM changes it`s functionalities, depends on what are you doing at the moment. For example if you use Navigation, on one side of the display/phone you`ll see the whole map, when on the other side it will be specific location where are you at the moment.
Rather than having a phone with a camera app, the phone can become a camera essentially because the entire phone can have new functions appear on any facet.
See the video to see how this concept could be used!
