This dynamic architecture will be built using as main material concrete, but the most striking feature, is that the building will actually rotate 360 degrees during a 1.5 hour interval. It will be constantly in motion, changing its shape. It will also generate electric energy for itself.
The floors will be constructed to rotate individually and each it will rotate at their own pace. Wind turbines will be fixated on every floor. This will be perhaps the first building which will continually change its shape.
