That means you can get full HD video with a film like-effect. Its ideal for recording on to Blu-ray media since the AVCHD2 codec is highly compatible with the Blu-ray format.
Lens with a 20x optical zoom and a built in digital extender to increase that to a 30x zoom and Optical SteadyShot Image Stabilization Active Mode.
Audio recording is professional quality with dual XLR ports. This means you can plug in two XLR microphones at the same time.

Upcoming hand-held game console under development by Sony. It is the successor to the PlayStation Portable as part of the PlayStation family of gaming devices.
The handheld includes two analog sticks, a 5-inch (130 mm) OLED multi-touch capacitive touchscreen, and supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 3G (the latter is included only in the 3G version of the console). Internally, the Vita features a 4 core ARM Cortex-A9 core processor and a 4 core SGX543MP4+ graphics processing unit.
A main feature is full backwards-compatibility with all PlayStation Portable games digitally released on the PlayStation Network, via the PlayStation Store. The device’s dual analog sticks will be supported only in select games. It will upscale and smooth graphics via a software emulator.
Sony will make its long-awaited entry into the tablet PC market later this year with two models based on the latest version of Google’s Android operating system.
